**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Brand Specialist, this role sits within a team of marketing professionals to deliver on tourist revenue targets while also working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

The Social Media and Content/Brand Coordinator champions on-brand content and collateral. They are creative and capable of producing engaging copy and content to convey our value proposition to a variety of audiences. They have a passion for brands and understand how to bring brand personality and voice to life across all brand touchpoints.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has a passion for marketing, travel and tourism, with the ability to experience some of Australia’s best holiday locations as part of the role.

**Our Boxes to Tick**:

- Experience in producing creative and engaging social content aligned with a directed business strategy
- Confidence in producing and conceptualizing both written and visual content for print and digital collateral
- Ability to manage content calendars, scheduling as well as community management of all brand social channels
- Experience in reporting, analysing, and presenting social media engagement results and industry-trending content
- Experience in end-to-end management of influencers, content creators, and media
- Experience in having a supportive role in creating and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, including creative and digital media briefs
- An understanding of brand and creative frameworks and ensuring brand standards are kept at all times
- Strong and proven time management, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated experience in meeting project deadlines
- Ability to manage day-to-day administration tasks such as budget and expense tracking, incoming enquiries, and ad-hoc marketing tasks
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Accountability, honesty, and integrity in all dealings with clients and personnel
- Results driven

**Qualifications**:
**About You**:

- 2 years + in a similar role - industry experience will be an advantage
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, tourism, or similar field would be highly advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and sound knowledge of social media platforms, highly regarded
- A can-do attitude and an ability to flex style depending on your customer or audience
- Highly motivated & energetic, solutions-oriented self-starter with an adaptable teamwork style
- Great communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
