**The Role**

Following an internal secondment move, we have an opportunity for an associate to join our procurement team. You’ll be responsible for providing procurement support and assistance to the other divisions across Canon by supporting the onshore procurement team in managing the vendor base and controls within the purchasing process and procurement analytics.

Scope of the role includes:

- Collecting, analyzing, and visualizing category or project specific information on spend, supplier performance, user adoption and compliance, standards and specifications, and industry benchmarks
- Performing analysis, build (cost) models, and benchmark drawing relevant conclusions to drive productivity and value
- Make enquiries and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and selection, service, support, specification, and availability, and other factors relevant to the organization
- Communicating promptly and effectively with vendors if additional information is required and processing documentation accurately.

**About You**

Are you an excel specialist with a flair for analysis? We are looking for someone who is inquisitive about the data and has a high level of expertise in spend analysis coupled with the ability to summarise and present the analysed data using PowerPoint in a way that senior stakeholders and leaders can easily understand. Perhaps you have a background in Procurement or Finance, and you are looking for a varied new role that will allow you to build on your existing skills and experience within a great team.
