**The opportunity**:
We are looking to hire a a dynamic and enthusiastic studio manager to work in our Sydney office. Your duties include being the first point of contact for guests. You will ensure our studios are professional workspaces that reflect our business values and provide support to assist our team in the smooth running of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure Front of House and Sydney Studio space is maintained to a high standard at all times
- Greet team and guests in a way that embodies the Unispace values and culture
- Manage studio supplies including ordering and stocktaking of stationery, groceries, alcohol etc
- Assist team members with meeting room set up and pack down
- Maintain kitchen equipment, including daily clean of coffee machine
- Provide adhoc accurate and high-quality administrative support as required
- Manage meeting room calendar bookings
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, couriers etc.
- Database management - staff phone lists, health & safety reps (i.e. fire wardens and first aiders)
- Liaise with suppliers (including building management, cleaners etc.)
- Contribute to the creation of a high performing, innovative team environment
- Identify and report risks to Health & Safety Manager/People & Culture BP whilst operating in compliance with safe and ethical practices
- Organise catering for internal meetings and events
- Support with events for our internal and external stakeholders
- Organising end-to-end travel for Australian team members, including flights, rental cars, and accommodation
- Build and maintain relationship with travel suppliers, including our preferred hotels and corporate travel provider
- Onboarding and offboarding

**Your experience**:

- Business / Administration Qualification or equivalent experience
- Front of House or Reception
- Providing administrative support to a team or office
- Customer service

- Strong commitment to excellent customer service and principles
- Administration and data entry
