**About this role**:
Become the new Practice Manager for the Sydney practice of this internationally renowned, multi-disciplinary design studio. Having developed some of the world’s most iconic projects, you will be working alongside managing principals to ensure the daily operations are running smoothly. You will be managing and delegating duties to the receptionist in a professional manner. Ideally you will also carry experience of recruitment and onboarding as this is an element, they would like you to be involved in. t’s important you are happy to be versatile as this is a varied and dynamic role.

You will be joining a practice that develop their visions and projects around the changing needs of the community. Not only will be an asset to the Sydney Studio, but you will also feel well connected and apart of the overall international practice.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the studio
- Conducting all new employee onboarding
- Communicating news and information to staff via our internal systems
- Overseeing the receptionist and managing/delegating Studio Support workload
- Booking staff travel
- Manage printers/equipment and assist with basic IT troubleshooting
- Assist the Managing Principal with recruitment and HR including drafting of policies and procedures - Overseeing workplace health and safety responsibilities

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience as Practice Manager in the architecture/interiors industry
- Prior knowledge/experience of supporting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Have a can-do attitude and willingness to support in a variety of capacities
- Excellent communications skills
