**The Role**
Airborne Surveillance Control and Intelligence Systems Program Office (ASCISPO), located at RAAF Base Williamtown, NSW and RAAF Base Edinburgh, SA, performs sustainment and major capability upgrades for the Air Force's fleet of E-7A Wedgetail and MC-55A Peregrine systems.
Project AIR5077 Phase 6 (Phase 6) is responsible for mid-life upgrades to the E-7A Wedgetail fleet, covering a number of capabilities including, radar, communications and air safety systems. The Phase 6 project, is scoping requirements prior to seeking government approval. As such, the scheduler will be essential to the initial schedule development and ongoing management.
The scheduler is responsible for the day to day management and supervision of all project scheduling and is critical to the provision of expert advice and assistance. They will use their initiative and experience to analyse, plan, review and adjust priorities and work activities to meet business outcomes. They will undertake objective, systematic analysis and draw accurate conclusions based on evidence providing detailed technical, operational, professional and procedural advice in relation to complex project and program activities. Additionally, they will engage with stakeholders and manage stakeholders' expectations to deliver agreed project outcomes.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as an ability to prioritise and deliver task outputs in a timely manner.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in a clear and confident manner.
- An ability to use initiative and work with limited supervision whilst dealing with multiple stakeholder groups in the achievement of project activities and outputs.
- An ability to deliver, plan and support Project Management activities through experience or training in scheduling.
- Knowledge of Financial acumen.
