**About the Role**

As a Personal Assistant supporting 2x General Manager’s Built form Development & National Communities Sales you will provide high level administrative support and play a critical role in enabling the GM’s to focus on key strategic objectives and priorities. This is an interesting and diverse role which will require excellent initiative and a keen ability to effectively prioritise and manage a challenging workload.

Based at our Melbourne head office on Collins Street, the role offers flexibility to balance working between the CBD office and home.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing documentation and meeting materials, correspondence, communications, and reports
- Collecting and maintaining files, records and project files
- Acting as the professional point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with timely invoice payments, expense and budget management, and other ad-hoc administration

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience in a PA or EA role supporting a Senior Manager. Your love for coordinating and organizing, and your desire to go above and beyond for your stakeholders are the qualities that make you the best at what you do. With exceptional attention to detail, you are proactive in identifying solutions, committed to achieving quality outcomes and can naturally prioritise a busy work schedule. With excellent communication and MS Office skills, you are someone who builds trusting working relationships with your peers, managers, and stakeholders.
