A bit about your role

The Program Planning Lead is a key member of the Program Controls team within Fixed Line Program Capability Delivery & Controls which supports project delivery across enterprise-wide programs of work/projects owned and/or executed under Fixed Line Build sponsorship. Engaging directly with senior management, the Planning Lead fulfils a critical role in leading the design and development of requirements, frameworks, guiding principles for the planning assumptions, tracking the progress of the plan, and identifying risk and opportunity to key program metrics. The role enables insightful information while influencing key decisions impacting delivery to the plan.

The position requires self-drive and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, high-level of organizational, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. The job requires thorough knowledge of large program of works and understanding of commercial terms and references.

A bit about you

If this sounds like the role for you then, it is likely you will have extensive operational experience in in a large Telco, preferably have been working with large programs of work. You will be well versed in collaborating with senior leaders and gaining buy-in and support, proven ability to extract, manipulate and present information and data from key business systems using business intelligence tools. Ideally, you will possess strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

You have exceptional methodical and analytical approach to complex problems that may require multiple parties to resolve. You will be results driven and have a proven delivery record in complex and ambiguous environments.

You are an exceptional communicator with stakeholders at all levels, with the natural ability to communicate and influence with impact, conveying detailed concepts and information clearly and effectively.
