Physiotherapy Receptionist P/t

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, hardworking and vibrant receptionist to join our team.

The position is part time, approximately 10-15hrs a week, which may include Saturday mornings. You MUST be a team player and have the flexibility to cover sick leave and annual leave as required.

**The role includes**:

- Greeting clients with friendliness and compassion
- Taking incoming calls and responding to patient inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Scheduling patient appointments using Nookal practice management software (full training provided)
- Processing accurate patient billing
- Medical letter typing (no audio typing)
- General office/administration support to the Practice Manager and practitioners

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the ability to be able to prioritise, multitask and have proficient computer skills.

Remuneration will be negotiable based on experience.
