They are seeking an experienced UX Designer to play a key role to enhance and collaborate with the existing internal design team to create an engaging user experience, coupled with creating continuous improvement initiatives.

**Opportunity**

UX Designer is responsible for responsible for supporting the implementation of UX and the design of digital interfaces, across all stakeholder groups.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Work closely with UX Research team and assist with planning and testing designs with users.
- Translate business and user requirements into design systems, design patterns, and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Work closely with the other Researchers, Designers, Information Architects, and Developers to improve the usability and functionality of websites.
- Optimise existing user interface designs, focusing on prioritised components in the design system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for web platforms.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in UX research, experience design, and digital interface design.
- High level analytical and conceptual skills to deliver solutions to complex user experience issues.
- Ability to develop wireframes, prototype, hi-fidelity UI designs to meet end user needs.
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, influencing, verbal and visual communication skills including political acumen and a strong ability to work effectively across formal structural boundaries.
- Well-developed communication and influencing skills.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills with consideration to business impact.
