Gro Clinics is changing the landscape of hair transplant surgery in Australia by using specialist equipment to significantly improve our clients’ outcomes. Of paramount importance to us is that our clients feel confident and empowered.

We are looking for an experienced **UX/UI Designer** to join Gro Clinics on a permanent full time basis.

This role can be home based, hybrid or work from the head office or one of our modern Gro clinics within Australia.

**The Role**:
You will be responsible for designing creative solutions to complex user flows across multiple business offers as well as website UX/UI and general graphic design. You will also:

- Design and deliver mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes
- Improve the customers’ experiences by understanding what’s important, what the goals and motivations are, and removing process friction
- Ensure design standards are adhered to and properly applied
- Work closely with a lead designer to understand and communicate the brand message and vision across the full user journey
- Work with a range of stakeholders to deliver business goals

**Experience/Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce UX design and implementation
- Expertise and passion around inclusive design
- Fluent in the end-to-end UX and UI design process; ability to work within established frameworks
- Proficiency in design tools such as XD, Figma, or equivalent tools
- Experience with website page builders such as HubSpot
- Genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and development, being regularly open to seeking feedback
- A problem solver who loves challenges and tackles them in a collaborative and creative way
- Ability to communicate clearly at various levels with end users, developers, stakeholders, and product management
- Flexible, organized, dependable and able to operate independently and within a team environment
- A positive attitude, open mind, and a passion to make an impact on people
