We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a** Leading Hand Driver** to join the team in **Brisbane**. The position will ensure the delivery of service to all customers in line with operational schedules and safety requirements.

**What are your responsibilities?**
- Supervise and coordinate the team members in the Customer Delivery Department
- Ensuring that productivity and performance criteria are met in the designated area of responsibility, including completion of regular performance assessment reports;
- Organising and coordinating work within their area of responsibility;
- Assist the supervision of catering trucks within a designated work area to ensure they reach and load-up the aircraft safely and on schedule.
- Lead by example and perform all the duties of a Driver.
- Supervise, train and induct workers within a designated work area.
- Organise and coordinate work within the designated work area
- Performs administrative documentation and reporting duties as required
- Follows up on any discrepancies and ensures that flight is correct

**What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**
- Demonstrating leadership, decision making and organisational skills necessary to efficiently meet performance requirements in a changing work environment.
- Hands on and display leadership by example
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must hold and maintain possession of a valid ASIC card
- Must hold and maintain possession of a valid Australian state/territory MR or greater driver’s license as well as the authority to drive airside ADA
- Fork Lift license preferred yet not essential
- First Aid Certificate & WHS qualifications preferred
- Flexibility in working around flight schedules is essential (7 day per week operation)
- A clean police record as part of mandatory checks required
