The Employee Relations (ER) Administrator is a first point of contact for ER-related queries from employees and external partners.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our ER department supports our employees while conforming to Fair Work Commission, Victoria Equal Opportunity & Human Rights Commission, union groups and employer groups.
The role is responsible for contributing to the overall direction and strategy of the Employee Relations and Business Partnership team.
This is a full-time, ongoing position based at Footscray Hospital.
