The Opportunity:
Delaware North Australia is hiring a casual and full-time **Food & Beverage Team Leaders** to join our team at **Perth Airport**. In this role, you'll lead our team in delivering high-quality food and beverages, ensuring memorable guest experiences. We're looking for a motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a food and beverage team in this fast-paced, high-volume venue
- Train and develop team members, sharing your passion, and demonstrating a guest-focused, energetic, and self-motivated work ethic
- Adhere to compliance and operational requirements
- Drive change by implement upselling and promotional programs
- Be knowledgeable about the menu, offer recommendations, and accommodate dietary needs for a great dining experience

What will you bring?:

- Hospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced, volume driven venue
- WA Approved Manager Card
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- Food service, barista and/or bar experience advantageous
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
