We are currently looking for a General Manager of Property Development to grow our significant property investment portfolio.

**What you'll do**:
Reporting to the Chief Property Officer the focus of our General Manager will be to increase revenue and profitability of Perth Airport property portfolio by leading the Property Development team through the optimised use of PAPL’s vacant land holdings and the current Property Portfolio.

You will liaise with many stakeholders - both internally and external to the business with an emphasis on maintaining current relationships and forging new working partnerships with various commercial agents, joint ventures, delivery partners and other relevant stakeholders.

**About you**:
An experienced Leader, with the ability to deliver a complex program of property development projects through end to end project cycles - including project conception, enablement, documentation and execution.

You are comfortable developing and delivering to budget, and ensuring the continued financial performance of the property business unit. You hold excellent written and verbal communication skills and are proficient in financial feasibility modelling.

You are open and approachable, able to build and maintain constructive working relationships and achieve results with integrity. You have a proactive approach and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where you can comfortably shift gears.

While this role is advertised as full-time, we are happy to consider requests for flexibility around working hours.
