
Application Support Analyst

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate incidents, resolve blockers, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organisation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Investigate Incidents and process Service Requests, documenting findings to support continuous improvement.
- Monitor and Respond to Ticket Queues: Manage and prioritise tickets, ensuring prompt responses and updates to stakeholders.
- Second-Line Support: Act as the escalation point for complex issues, working closely with development and infrastructure teams.
- Ticket Management: Own assigned tickets, track progress, and proactively follow up on unresolved issues.
- Blocker Reporting: Identify and communicate blockers, escalating critical issues when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Share knowledge and insights with the team, contributing to cross-training and best practices.
**Skills, Attributes, and Experience**:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex issues.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to work.
