Finance Analyst

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Analyst based in our Macquarie Park office. The Finance Analyst is responsible for reviewing, identifying and collaborating all transactional drivers including profiling of supply chain information to support reducing our ‘Cost to Service’ initiatives. You will ensure that credit checks, set-up and maintenance of all customer accounts are centrally managed for convenience.
What You’ll do
Review, analyse and recommend opportunities to improve integrity and reporting capability the group including the order billing systems using platforms such as D365, Power BI, Excel.
Expand your business process knowledge and identify opportunities to improve existing reporting.
Serve as secondary point of contact besides team leaders for cross-segment issues or escalated issues.
Provide expertise and support to Adhoc projects and requests including reconciliations, acquisitions and absorbing external customers/vendors into the Metcash supply chain.
Creating and developing daily, weekly and monthly reports to send out to different audience based on what is required.
What You’ll bring
Degree and CPA or CA qualified
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in FMCG / Logistic environments
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Transactional/Analyst role
Business Intelligence experience (Power BI, TM1 etc.)
Advanced Excel
Quick to adapt to new systems
D365 experience a bonus (Not Essential)
