**Where you'll be working**

Clinical Governance & Patient Experience Unit, based at Royal North Shore Hospital Campus

**What you'll be doing**

Providing leadership and expertise to improve skin integrity and wound management practices across the Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD). The position encompasses leading the implementation of the Leading Better Value Care initiatives, and coordination of education and research related to wound care, ensuring high-quality care is provided across all patient settings.

- Registered Nurse/Midwife who has minimum 7 years full time post graduate experience with 5 years full time equivalent in the specialty field. In addition, the applicant must have an approved post graduate qualification and/or Masters relevant to the specialty or evidence of working towards same in identified area of specialty.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects, motivate teams, and collaborate across multidisciplinary settings.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge in wound management and skin integrity, including the development and delivery of education and training programs.
