**We are looking for**
- Participate in and /or lead specialist teams to develop and implement systems to meet FACT-JACIE accreditation in participating allogeneic adult centres in NSW.
- Manage and coordinate the development of generic network wide compliance documents within specified timeframes.
- Assist Local Health District (LHD) staff in identifying variation in clinical practice and developing evidence-based strategies to improve health service delivery using change management and project management methodologies.

**What you will be doing**

The BMT+CT Clinical Project Officer will contribute to the development and implementation of a state-wide, evidence based international accreditation program relevant to BMT+CT. The development of an accreditation program that meets the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapies - Joint Accreditation Committee of the International Society for Cell and Gene Therapy (ISCT) and European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT) (FACT-JACIE) will improve health outcomes of patients who receive a BMT or cellular therapy treatment in an adult hospital service within NSW.

The Clinical Project Officer will work collaboratively and closely with site specific key stakeholders including program directors, clinicians, scientists, pharmacists, data managers, LHD managers, consumers, NSW Health pillars and Primary Health Networks.

The Clinical Project Officer will also work towards developing new relationships with internal and external stake holders to drive BMT+CT Network initiatives. The Project Officer will collaborate and engage all stake holders to ensure Network Working Groups and Clinical Council key activities align with the needs of the clinicians within the BMT+CT Network. There will be some travel to the participating hospitals expected in this role. The Clinical Project Officer would have knowledge and demonstrated practical experience **working with clinicians, policies and quality system frameworks relevant to BMT+CT. This position will undertake the full role of project management activities including project planning, stakeholder negotiation, milestone reporting, implementation and monitoring**

**Selection Criteria**
- **Significant clinical experience in BMT/CT within a clinical, apheresis or laboratory setting, together with tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.**
- **Proven ability to coordinate, manage and support multidisciplinary teams**
- **Extensive experience in implementation of projects including change process and assessment of same**
- **Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately as well as an advanced understanding of data quality and the ability to use data in problem resolution**
- **Demonstrated excellent oral and interpersonal skills and strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare, review and edit correspondence, briefings, reports, papers and proposals for health professional and lay audiences 8.
