Make a difference as a **Consultant, Property & Specialty Claims.**

Assess each claim fairly, using your decision-making skills to validate claims and coordinate with suppliers. Manage settlements and maintain accurate records, enabling us to provide a smooth and reliable claims experience.

Your CGU journey commences on **09th January 2025** with a comprehensive, 6-week induction. This **permanent full-time** opportunity offers hybrid working conditions that support a mix of working from home and office. This is a 37.5 hour a week rostered system between the hours of 8am and 8pm EST.

Please note: You will need to be located within 2 hours of an IAG office. With our offices placed nationally you will have your choice for your base location.

**About You**:

- Customer centric focused
- Confident communicator, with effective dispute resolution skills
- Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Experience managing property claims or similar processes is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and have good attention to detail
