**Role**: Account Services Officer
**Location**: Murarrie, QLD (Turrbal and Yuggera peoples)
**Employment Type**: Permanent Part-Time (30hrs/4 days per week)
Become a key player in Goodstart’s Centre Support Office, where you'll ensure accurate family statement transactions, generate invoices, and support our centres in delivering exceptional customer care.

**Your Impact**:
Your proactive approach to resolving overdue accounts and reducing debt, coupled with your support of centre staff and managers, will play a key role in fostering positive relationships and operational efficiency.
You’ll also assist with audits, drive continuous improvements in invoicing and transaction processes, and ensure that all communication with stakeholders is clear, timely, and in line with Goodstart’s policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service excellence will make a significant impact on both internal operations and the experience of our families and centres.

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Experience in an Accounts Receivable or Billing environment
Previous Early Learning Industry knowledge or experience
Outstanding Customer Service and communication skills
Previous experience/knowledge of SAP
Basic / Intermediate excel skills
