Our businesses MadisonAV, Madison Connectivity Solutions, Madison Express, Madison Technologies and Kallipr have expertise across a broad range of communication, wireless, audio visual, industrial IT and IoT disciplines.

This role sits within our Business and Commercial Services team (BCS) who work across the entire Group to deliver a high standard of services and expertise across corporate functions including Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management and People and Change.

The opportunity

Based in our Brisbane office, our Accounts Receivable Officer manages the end to end accounts receivable process, including timely and accurate invoicing, monitoring customer accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. What that will look like on a day to day basis includes:
Support the coordination of the receipt debtor payments (Chq, EFT, Credit Card) and regularly review the accounts receivable ledger to ensure inquires and credit requests are resolved in a timely manner to support customers.
Monitor and collect customer debts owing, as well as preparing regular collection schedules for cash flow purposes
Liaise with our internal teams to provide an exceptional customer experience
