Full time Service Co-ordinator

We are a reputable family company within the Fire services Industry. Due to our expansion, we are seeking a self-motivated person to join our vibrant and supportive service team based in Chatswood.

You will be an important part of the team communicating closely with our clients to enable them to achieve their Annual Fire Safety Statement.

The position will be full time, and after a training period of 6 months there may be an option to work remotely for 2 days per week.

To be successful you will have the following:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure, along with multi-tasking efficiently
- Prioritising responsibilities whilst maintaining accuracy with a high degree of attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Previous Fire Industry experience an advantage but not essential

Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist in logging and assigning callouts.
- Assist in scheduling service tasks in conjunction with our technicians and clients.
- Monitoring job progress and providing client feedback.
- Ensuring service response KPI’s are achieved.
- Process defects quotations
- Manage various client portals with supporting documentations and client requirements.
- Ad-hoc admin tasks within the department as required.
