- $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 YearS2M is currently working with one of Australia's leading specialty retailers to find an experienced **Digital Performance Specialist** to join their Digital Growth & Ecommerce Team.

In this role, you will play a key role in the development of digital campaigns utilising various platforms and channels including paid search, paid social, display, shopping, video, etc. and will be assisting in driving targeted traffic both online (websites) and offline (brick & mortar).

**What else can you expect in this role?**
- You will be actively involved in the strategic development and delivery of growth plans mainly executing strategies and ensuring activities and initiatives are effectively implemented.
- You will also be working closely with various agencies to provide input and ensure accurate media and messaging scheduling across digital marketing activities.
- As a **Digital Performance Specialist**, you will be hands-on in executing search and social campaigns, optimisation and ongoing segment creation and maintenance of audiences.
- Ensuring that KPIs are met, you will also review performance and prepare reports as well as develop and execute strategies to improve the performance.

**More about you?**
- Paid Search, Social and Programmatic advertising are your bread and butter and you either possess the ideal agency experience or have worked in a similarly fast-paced environment like Retail
- You also possess hands-on experience on other channels such as display, native, and affiliates.
- You are also skilled in using Google Analytics and Data Studio or Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager
- With your interpersonal communication skills, you will form effective relationships with key stakeholders and external agencies to collectively implement digital strategies and ensure senior management expectations are being maintained
