- Be an enthusiastic and dedicated professional who enjoys Early Childhood Education and Care programs.
- **Essential Criteria**:_
- Diploma of Children's Services (or working towards if meeting the necessary requirements)
- Experience working as a Lead Educator/Room Leader/Team Leader, ideally with a similar age group, in an Early Childhood setting
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates and Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
- Valid Blue Card
- Willing and able to commit to full-time working hours, from Monday to Friday, and flexible to work all shifts the Centre is open.
