We are one of Queensland’s leading hospitality training organisations and we require a self-motivated, experienced hospitality worker to join their Brisbane team as an Education Councilor. The role gives you great work/life balance as you set your own hours, work autonomously, and have the ability for the role to grow with you.

Hospitality workers are some of the hardest working, most underappreciated workers in Australia. We believe this would be different if all hospitality workers had a nationally recognised qualification and took back control of their career So, what is holding people back?

**About the role**:

- Fully paid product and industry training provided
- Training may include a nationally recognised qualification
- Great base income, plus uncapped monthly incentives
- Set your own hours and work autonomously
- Travel opportunities throughout Queensland
- Solution-based role, we have a product our clients need

**The ideal applicant has**:

- Driver's license and own car.
- Great organisational skills and can work unsupervised.
- Basic level computer skills
- Great customer service skills.
- Previous hospitality, sales, or BDM experience.
- Ability to communicate with support team members
- Have experience in meeting KPI'S and exceeding targets
- A high level of emotional intelligence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
