We're looking for a Social Media Director to join our team at 101 Marketing — the in-house marketing agency powering two of Australia's leading international education brands: Entrepreneur Education and Imagine Education Australia.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, senior position focused on strategy, performance, and growth.

You'll lead the development and execution of our paid social media and SEO strategies across global markets — including Brazil, Spain, Japan, Thailand, and beyond.

Your Responsibilities
  • Own the social media advertising strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Oversee campaign creation, management, optimisation, and reporting to drive lead generation and enrolments.
  • Lead SEO strategy to strengthen brand visibility across multiple education brands and regions.
  • Collaborate with videographers, designers, and international marketing teams to deliver high-performing creative campaigns.
  • Analyse and report on performance metrics, ROI, and audience insights.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and platform updates — always testing, learning, and innovating.
You'll Bring
  • 5+ years' experience in social media marketing with a focus on paid ads.
  • Proven experience managing large ad budgets and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword strategy, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush or similar).
  • Excellent understanding of creative testing, targeting, and funnel optimisation.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and inspire a creative marketing team.
