We’re growing fast, and we need an ambitious **Enterprise SDR** to help us expand even further
**The Role**
As an **SDR**, your mission is simple**:bring in new business, build strong relationships, and help take Oncore to the next level**. You’ll work closely with **clients, agencies, and key referral partners**, making sure they see the real value we bring.
**What You’ll Be Doing Winning New Business & Driving Growth - in Contingent Markets**
- Find and **win new clients**—from first conversation to signed deal.
- Create and execute **smart sales strategies** that drive revenue.
- Sell on **value, not just price**—show clients why we’re the best at what we do.
**Building Relationships That Matter**
- Develop strong, **long-term partnerships** with enterprise clients and referral partners.
- Keep clients engaged with **face-to-face meetings, virtual check-ins, and tailored interactions**.
- Position Oncore as a **trusted expert and go-to provider**.
**Sales Strategy & Market Insights**
- Build and manage a **structured sales pipeline**.
- Stay ahead of **market trends, competitor moves, and new opportunities**.
- Work closely with internal teams to **fine-tune our offerings and create new solutions**.
**Marketing & Brand Presence**
- Represent Oncore at **industry events, networking functions, and client meetings**.
- Work with marketing to create **high-impact lead-generation campaigns**.
- Share insights to **influence product development and service improvements**.
**What We’re Looking For**
**1+ years’ experience in SDR, business development, or client solutions** in the Recruitment Agency, SaaS, HR/Rec Tech space
Proven ability to **sell high-value, solutions to clients**.
A knack for **building strong partnerships and leveraging referral networks**.
An understanding of Recruitment, the HR/Rec Tech Space and the Contingent Workforce
Ability to create **compelling business cases and negotiate win-win outcomes**.
A solid appreciation for **technology and its role in business success**.
