**What is the opportunity?**
Reporting into the Franchise Director, bravoauto, the Head of Sales will lead the sales function through effective leadership and performance enhancement. The core focus of the role will be building and leading a high performing team in promoting our service offering, growing new business and nurturing existing customers.
**Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following**:
- Leading the strategy execution in bravoauto retail across key value streams of used, finance & Insurance and aftermarket
- Manage and support the team of Customer Experience Managers to:
- Achieve targets and profitability
- Maintain and lead high-performing customer centric culture through effective teamwork with online and instore teams
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer satisfaction as reflected in customer feedback and reputation scores
- Ensure all teams are ambassadors for the bravoauto brand
- Be accountable for the development of growth and transformation strategies for the pre-owned vehicles, F&I and aftermarket value streams
- Develop and create buy-in for business plans that help operational leaders achieve their annual operating plan
- Identify new opportunities and executes plans to meet emerging and existing customer needs
- Develop and ensure execution of plans to ensure maximum gross profit retention
- Ensure all dealership sites lead in Customer experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior leadership role within a selling environment
- Deep knowledge of the automotive and/or competitive consumer landscape
- Significant experience managing and leading high performing teams across multiple locations
- Ability to deliver great customer experiences in any environment
- Strong leadership skills
