Who are we?

We’re an industry-leading provider of **Premium** Pool and Landscape products, specialising in Natural Stone and Porcelain Pavers, stone Wall Cladding, and Glass Mosaics for Pools.

A well-presented and customer-focused Sales and Warehouse Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Showroom sales
- Manage the warehouse and help staff with packing when required.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide expert advice and product knowledge to clients.
- Collaborate to develop sales strategies.

Qualifications:

- Positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Forklift licence (not essential).

You are a perfect fit, if:

- You have previous experience in the following industries: landscaping, construction, architecture or design (this is desired but not essential).
- You can close deals.

- You can communicate well with your teammates and customers.

The package includes a monthly performance-based commission structure and a mobile phone and laptop.

**This is a permanent full-time position 5 days a week and Saturdays are a requirement to be a successful applicant.**

We will provide full training across our product range and introduce you to our complete step-by-step sales process (this involves a comprehensive 2 months training at the head office in Glebe). We will present you with growth opportunities and goals and will help you achieve them.

Pay: $25.31 - $28.74 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
