Burger Head is a restaurant that first opened in Sydney’s western suburb of Penrith in January 2017. Since then we’ve hit the ground running, swooping up a number of accolades and awards along the way. This is a testament to the hard-working and diligent staff we take on board.

Now as we’ve expanded to new stores and locations, we’re in search of a driven team leader to manage one of our venues.

The main attributes we’re looking out for in this position are:

- Management of a diverse team, as well as the capability to help build and maintain a positive team culture.
- Be motivated with a "Yes I Can” attitude and demonstrate good initiatives.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Be talkative/conversational with an enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude - a passion for people and customer service.
- High standard of personal presentation.
- High proficiency in general hospitality duties, with the ability to provide strong leadership and communication skills.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work various rostered shifts, including nights and weekends.
- A valid NSW RSA Certificate.
- Have a clear focus on business success.
- Strong attention to detail, and a considerable amount of knowledge of food & hygiene safety.

- Providing quality customer service.
- General cleaning duties.
- Maintaining the venue's presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
- Preparing/serving beverages, these can include alcohol.
- Cash handling and POS operations.
- Opening/Closing procedures.
- Stock ordering and inventory management with an understanding of budgeting and controlling/minimising wastage.
- Assisting with recruiting as well as training and managing team performances.
- Rostering and payroll duties.
- Approving/Signing off invoices to accounts.
- Ability to manage a team, and have a high level of cultural awareness.
- Maintain the kitchen's presentation, cleanliness and product integrity.
