We're on the lookout for a Retail Sales Specialist to join our Jamisontown store. If you're into cars, paint, or just love helping people get the job done right, this could be your next move. There's also room to step up into more senior role if that's where you're headed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greeting and helping retail customers with practical, value-add solutions
  • Picking and packing store orders (remove online)
  • Keeping things organised, prioritising jobs, and communicating clearly with the team
  • Mixing automotive and industrial paint to match codes
  • Making up custom spray cans on the spot
  • Bring your ideas to life with customer initiatives and store improvements

What You Bring

  • A passion for paint or cars – any hands-on experience spraying, matching or tinkering is a big plus
  • Retail or trade counter experience, with a knack for giving customers great service
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to get stuck in without being micromanaged
  • Basic computer skills (for processing orders and sorting out queries)
  • A team mindset and a focus on getting results
