**Account Executive - Melbourne Office - Permanent Full Time**

We want someone who loves to get stuck in and roll up their sleeves, as well as being given the opportunity to learn new things and broaden their existing knowledge. The role will have the ability to build fantastic relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and help with managing accounts to a high level of detail and work to push the media offering in VIC to the next level.

**Who are you?**
- Effectively manage online tasks to ensure client advertising is successfully placed and correctly cost within required deadlines
- Implement digital campaigns via Salesforce
- Be that first point of contact for all client activity as well as helping clients to understand what Domain can do to help their business.
- Generate reports from various systems to identify, monitor and resolve issues with Production/Finance for digital
- Keep Key Account Managers up to date with administrative processes and business rules
- Ensure clients make Domain their number 1 service provider
- Identify opportunities where revenue can be increased in digital
- Identify sales opportunities from incoming enquiries
- Identify sales opportunities from print publications to digital and vice versa
- Refer leads and revenue opportunities to the relevant Key Account Managers
