Our client is WA based organisation who work to respond to the needs of those living with dementia. Our client advocate, educate, support and engage with 42,000 Australians living with all types of dementia to have beneficial impact on their journey. Our client works with their clients, families and other organisations to support and promote the best possible outcomes.

**Your new role**
An opportunity has become available for a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis. To start ASAP, this role works to meet the organisations purpose by providing and ensuring ongoing compliance within the applicable regulation and legislation it is governed. The role focuses on the provision of Quality services by developing sustainable initiatives.

Key duties of the role:

- Assist with Accreditation/compliance requirements across Home Care, NDIA, CHSP
- Develop, manage and implement strategy across all areas of responsibility by being supportive and collaborating with internal departments to develop industry specific policies, procedures, compliance and reporting
- Regularly conduct internal audits and participate in external audits
- be an active member of the risk committee
- Develop industry specific policies in line with the 8 standards of care
- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable legislation and regulation and coordinate compliance activities
- Assist in conduction due diligence audits across the organisation and ensure timely resolution of non compliance findings

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality, compliance, clinical governance and industry accreditation
- proven competence with Quality practices, along with creating and developing best practice quality and clinical governance
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and the ability to present and manage stakeholder relationships

**What you'll get in return**
This role is to start ASAP. On offer is 3 month contract with potential extension. Annual salary of $120,000, Offices based in Subiaco and supportive team and management who are passionate about where they work
