We are growing our presence across global marketplaces and are looking for a **creative and strategic Social Media Manager** to elevate our brand’s digital presence.

**Role Overview**

We’re seeking a passionate **Part-Time Social Media Manager** to lead and execute our social media strategy with a focus on **User-Generated Content (UGC)**. This role is ideal for a content-savvy storyteller who thrives in front of the camera, understands audience engagement, and is up to date with digital trends. **Influencers and content creators are welcome to apply**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies for **Belle & Bloom** and **Mosmann Australia**.
- Create **high-quality UGC-style content**, including fashion try-ons, styling tips, and product highlights.
- Plan, film, and edit videos for **Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest**.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and curate social media content.
- Manage and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand brand reach.
- Track and analyse social media performance, adjusting optimize engagement.
- Stay up to date with trends, competitors, and best practices in the fashion industry.

**Key Requirements**
- **Proven experience** in social media management, UGC creation, or influencer marketing, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Strong **on-camera presence** and confidence in creating engaging content.
- Excellent knowledge of **Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest** trends.
- Experience with **video editing** tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
- Passion for **fashion, styling, and brand storytelling**.
- Ability to work **independently** and **collaboratively** in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills to plan and schedule content effectively.
