**Promotions Coordinator for Adult Entertainment Venue**

A promotion coordinator is required for a legal high-class adult entertainment venue in Sydney CBD. Business is only a few minutes’ walk from Wynyard train station. The premises have immaculate presentation and good reputation. Business operates for nearly 30 years. The work provides a comfortable and relaxing environment; however, it can be hectic at times.
**Duties** Main duty of the job is to increase market recognition of our brand through social media and other events. Other duties will include answering phone calls, recruiting new adult entertainment workers, checking the rooms are in best condition, organizing shifts for adult entertainment workers. Greeting the customers and taking them to waiting area, maintaining a professional working environment and other administrative duties. Our customers are mainly high-income white-collar city workers.
**Skills and attributes**: We require reliable, honest people. To be successful in this role you must have social media management experience and superior sales techniques as a commission-based pay structure in addition to $35 base rate will be offered. Applicants must have very good presentation and excellent customer service skills and perfect command of English to fulfill the reception duties. You need to ensure the working environment is in perfect condition. You need make sure best customer service standards are achieved. You must have excellent telephone manners, good people skills and social media skills to increase our online presence.

**Experience**: Social media management skills, event management skills, customer service background is preferred’ you must be confident to deal with a variety of customers. No industry experience is necessary as you will be trained.
**Hours**: (10am-6pm for day or 6pm start 2am-4am close for night shifts)

**Pay: This job pays higher rates than any comparable positions. **After basic training a $35 per hour rate plus commissions will be offered. Your commissions will depend on the number of customers you serve and how long they stay on your shift. Most of our admin managers earn about $45 per hour although in the past some exceptional ones earned over $60 per hour.
