We are looking for individuals to join our rapidly growing team who are the ultimate Customer Service & Sales Representatives Our product range is diverse from clothing to outdoor inflatables, so this role will definitely keep you busy and on your toes. **WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR** - Previous experience in an administration, sales or customer service role desirable, but not essential - Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us - Strong skills in Microsoft Office products and the ability help the team achieve a common goal. - Prepare proposals and quotes for customers. - Provide client service support to Account Managers. - An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure and can handle a fast-paced role, along with the ability to be adaptable - Excited to be a proactive member of a fun team as well as self-disciplined when working autonomously - You might bring experience working in retail, the ability to spot trends; suggest solutions and be involved in the creative process **What the "day to day" looks like**: - Respond to inbound enquiries (via web and phone) from clients and provide a suitable solution offered by identifying customer requirements. - Prepare sales quotes - Identify and develop new opportunities with new and existing customers - Work closely with the local marketing team and HQ on sales campaign promotion - Convert marketing leads generated via campaigns into potential new business - Building and maintaining rapport with customers - Maintain CRM database - Support to sales staff, such as sample preparation and liaising with other staff to get accurate answers Contact Manuel Pothas for futher information **Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Salary packaging Schedule: - 8 hour shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Silverwater, NSW 2128: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: In person
