**Position Summary**:
As a Sales Supervisor, you will take on a pivotal role in leading and supervising a dynamic sales team. Independently identify sales opportunities, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong customer relationships in a B2C-like sales environment. With major accounts under your care, your bilingual skills in English and Japanese (with Korean or Chinese as an advantage) will be highly valued for effective communication and driving sales success. This is a full-time permanent role, offering the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and achieve long-term success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently identify and pursue sales opportunities, while ensuring excellent customer service within the assigned area.
- Provide valuable insights to company management regarding customer organization trends and changes, and make recommendations to improve the company's position.
- Support pricing studies, respond to customer requests, and fulfill special requirements.
- Offer sales support and training as needed, ensuring effective sales distribution and advising dealers, distributors, and clients on sales and advertising techniques.
- Participate in training and seminars to enhance product knowledge and actively monitor the sales staff's schedule to ensure customer engagement.
- Develop territory business plans, set sales goals, and analyze sales activity against targets.
- Assist in negotiations and recommend product enhancements based on market feedback.
- Prepare reports, update databases, and conduct performance evaluations for sales staff.
- Evaluate territory performance and take action to improve results, communicating new product/service opportunities to relevant company staff.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.
- Create a territory coverage plan, collaborate with customer service personnel, and provide timely field reporting for business and product planning.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of sales experience in the Asian food industry
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including word processing software
- Familiarity with SAP ERP system and ability to utilize it effectively
- Proven business analysis skills with the ability to identify and propose improvement opportunities
- Fluency in Japanese
- Fluency in Korean (read, write, and speak) or Chinese (read, write, and speak) will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel at least 15% of the year
