**The Role**

We are looking for a health care professional to provide specialist assessment and ongoing care of patients with acute and chronic primary care health issues in correctional campuses administered by Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network in accordance with best evidence based practice and organisational policies.

We have the below vacancies available:

- **Permanent Part Time (Up to 24 hours per week) - Across our Silverwater and Windsor sites**:

- **Temporary part-Time (Up to 20 hours per week) - Based at our Silverwater site**
