**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have a permanent full-time opportunity available for an Inside Sales Specialist based at our Macquarie Park site in Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritise target accounts from existing customer base
- Close deals with support from the partner, Kintone Australia
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years in a sales, customer service, telesales or telemarketing role
- Advanced computer skills, especially MS suite and web-based marketing
- An understanding of sales development processes and strategies
- Familiar with CRM systems, lead generation tools and sales automation
- Demonstrate a proactive and self motivated approach to achieving targets
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
