**About Us**:
Gemme Support Services & Therapies is a leading provider of high-quality care and support in both the NDIS and Non-NDIS sectors. Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and those with complex needs to live their best lives. We are currently expanding our team and looking for dedicated Support Workers who are passionate about making a difference.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to clients, including those with disabilities, the elderly, and individuals with mental health needs.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities.
- Implement individualized care plans and monitor client progress, reporting any changes in condition.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and care in all interactions.

**Essential Requirements**:

- **Mental Health First Aid Certification**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Clearance**:

- **Police Clearance Check**:

- **Working with Children Check**

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or IV in **Community Services**, **Disability**, **Aged Care**, **Nursing**, or **Counselling**.
- Experience in **Mental Health** support.
- **Lived Experience** in the disability or aged care sectors is highly valued.

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

- Monday to Friday
