**About Us**:
Enforcement and Support Services (ESS) sits within Fines and Enforcement Services (FES), a business unit within the Courts, Civil and Criminal Law group of the Department of Justice and Community Safety. ESS is responsible for the collection and enforcement of fines in Victoria and the administration of a range of social justice initiatives such as the Work and Development Permit Scheme (WDP).
The WDP scheme provides vulnerable and disadvantaged people with a non-financial option to address their fine debt.
**About the Role**:
Some of your other duties will include:
- Contributing to Fines Victoria achieving its corporate and business objectives.
- Assisting in the development, implementation and monitoring of legislation, policies, practices and procedures.
To be eligible for employment with us, you must:
- be an Australian citizen, or
- be an Australian permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen.
- hold a valid visa which enables you to work in Australia, however please contact the nominated contact person for the position to discuss your eligibility for the role.
