**Seeking an experienced Service Desk Support Officer**:

- **Fixed-term, full-time opportunity available for immediate filling until 11 November 2025**:

- **VPS Grade 3: $79,122 - $96,073 per annum plus superannuation.**

The Department of Justice and Community Safety (the department) is seeking an experienced Service Desk Support Officer to provide a critical role within Technology Solutions and Data Security.

The Department of Justice and Community Safety (the department) delivers a justice and community safety system that works to build a safer, fairer and stronger Victoria.

Technology Solutions and Data Security focuses on meeting the departments data and digital needs by providing responsive and sustainable services focused on supporting departmental outcomes.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in using a service management system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience in request fulfilment and administration or similar with a Government Department.
- A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
- The ITIL Foundation qualification is highly desirable.
