Full time permanent Receptionist role in the Hobart CBD working with a professional services firm.

**Your new role**
As the Receptionist your core duties will be providing support to broader office. You’ll be required to Multi-task and manage competing priorities daily; you’ll provide administrative support to Partners and their teams both within the Hobart office and virtually. Reporting into the Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for;
- Proactively managing workflow including proactive diary and inbox management, organising internal and client meetings, arranging travel & preparing documents on behalf of the Partners
- Greeting and building relationships with clients, providing a positive experience, including managing client meeting rooms and bookings
- General reception duties including answering and directing calls, incoming and outgoing mail, booking couriers, scanning and filing
- Operational and facility management
- Organising, managing and running internal and external events
- Other project work as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent time management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Confidence using technology with the ability and can-do attitude to pick up new systems and processes
- A willingness to support your colleagues and get involved in things outside the scope of your role
- A positive, self-motivated and energised demeanour
- Initiative and a proactive approach to learning
