We are seeking a

**Corporate Receptionist **to represent an established
**Australian financial services** business with a solid reputation and expanding presence in Australia.

As the
**Corporate Receptionist**, you will be responsible for a broad range of reception and administrative duties while making a lasting impression on all staff and visitors within their corporate offices based in
**Hobart CBD.**

**This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is available immediately with office experience, open to a 2 month temporary assignment.**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Managing front desk reception area
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming phone queries, service requests and room bookings
- Issuing, recovering and auditing internal company security passes
- Processing daily mail, both incoming and outgoing
- Adhoc administrative tasks

**To be successful**:

- **Previous experience in a Concierge or Reception **role from a corporate environment is preferred, not essential
- A **client focused **approach, experience from hospitality or retail will also be considered
- Strong **organisational **and **administrative **skills
- Impeccable corporate **presentation **& excellent **communication **skills
