**About the Role**

Due to continued growth, TLG are looking for Sales Consultants on a full time basis to join a close knit, collaborative and fun team to help match students to different career pathways through a range of industry short courses. Working purely on warm leads, this is a fantastic opportunity to help guide individuals down the career path of their choosing. If you love customer service, helping people and hitting targets, then this role is for you

The key responsibilities for the role include:
*Discussing TLG's suite of short courses with prospective students and matching them to the one that fits their career goals.
*Providing a high level of customer service to students to guide them through their course selection until enrolment phase is completed.
*Managing a pipeline of student enquiries and meeting enrolment targets.
*Handling inbound and outbound calls.
*Maintaining student information via CRM (Salesforce).
Adhere to quality standards.

Other skills we are looking for are:
*Proven experience in customer service and helping individuals.
*Experience within an inbound or outbound role is desierable, but not essential.
*Ability to hold mature conversations showing care, empathy, paitence and resilience.
*Goal driven individuals who like meeting and exceeding targets.
*Team players that can contribute to the culture and environment.

**Please note we are currently based in Brighton but Moving to Malvern in July**

*Fantastic rem package with earning potential up to $1O0k OTE (60/40 Split)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Monthly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brighton VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
