We are looking for a hard-working, reliable and motivated individual to join our sales operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your skills and experience to this permanent full time sales operations associate role. You will be joining a high-performing team where you can establish positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Team Leader, the Sales Operations Associate is responsible for providing Divisional support with customer and price related queries and providing administrative support to Sales Operations and Customer Support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and coordinate the special pricing function and prepare price/quote agreement documents
- Maintain documentation and pricing records in the computer system
- Create sales and pricing reports for agreement renewals
- Maintain and coordinate the Tender function, including identifying tenders, advising relevant sales departments, assisting the preparing tender submission, and ensuring completing of tender in timely manner
- Analysing and converting data into reports
- Maintain list pricing and completion of annual list price review
- Support Cook reimbursement process

Qualifications:

- Microsoft Office skills essential (advanced Excel essential)
- Ability and willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and able to work unsupervised, under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent numerical and analytical thinking skills
- Previous experience with statistical analysis highly desirable
