With a best-in-class product induction and onboarding program, the simPRO Academy takes charge of bringing our newest & brightest team members up to speed on all things simPRO and assisting folks settle into their roles.

We are looking to add to this team an energetic and dynamic individual to collaborate with our** Global Sales team**. You will focus on developing and facilitating their sales skills, improving their ability to showcase and sell simPRO; as well as upskilling our existing sales team members where required.

This is a **Brisbane-based** role. To be considered, you must be eligible to work legally in Australia on a full-time basis.

**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver sales methodologies, sales tools and soft skills training to our sales team, globally
- Execute sales training and soft skills workshops for new and existing customer facing teams
- Conduct employee training using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based and virtual learning, to create an engaging learner experience
- Support developing and implementing on-boarding and ever-boarding (continuing education) training needs
- Contribute to curating learning plans and content development
- Ensure you stay informed of new sales and training techniques
- Provide guidance within the sales organisation and share best practices
- Work with our sales leaders to harness existing knowledge and share with others.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience selling cloud technology products and services (SaaS)
- 10+ years' sales training/facilitation experience coaching & developing Sales Professionals and Sales Managers, **_OR_**:

- A minimum 5 years' of Sales Manager experience with a history of success and overachieving quota
- 5+ years' of demonstrated implementation of multiple sales methodologies
- 5+ years' of implementing and coaching Sales Professional Competency Framework (optional)
- Capable of identifying needs or gaps in sales techniques and performance
- Ability to travel (domestic & international) up to 20-30% of the time
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, possess a high level of self-motivation and have an excellent work ethic
- Flexibility, with an understanding of how to get things done in an unstructured environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong and/or Chili Piper is considered an advantage, but not essential.
