About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our marketing strategy and drive business growth across our financial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our loan products, building client relationships, managing sales operations, and enhancing brand awareness in a competitive financial market.

This is a key leadership position that combines strategic marketing insight with hands-on sales management.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase client acquisition and loan volume.


• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and partnership channels.


• Manage the performance of the sales team, set targets, and monitor achievement of KPIs.

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, mortgage aggregators, and financial institutions.


• Oversee marketing campaigns, digital advertising, and promotional activities.


• Analyse market trends and prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance.


• Collaborate with management to develop pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies.


• Represent the company at industry events and business networking functions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing and sales management, preferably in the finance, mortgage, or lending industry.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead generation platforms.
  • Ability to analyse data and make evidence-based decisions.
  • an ambitious success-driven 'go-getter' with apassion for customer service+ getting results AND a strong team player (not 'me'-centric);
  • Have outstanding communication, influencing, negotiation and relationship/people+ leadershipskills.
