Perth Lifestyle Residential, based in Western Australia needs a skilled and an experienced Real Estate Representative to join their team in full-time role.

**About Role**:
Real Estate Representative is responsible for managing real estate transactions, including sales and leasing, and helps buyers to find suitable properties, on behalf of an agency.

**Duties include**:

- Responsible for listing residential properties for sale or lease, ensuring they are available to potential buyers or tenants.
- Conducting property inspections for prospective buyers or tenants to evaluate the suitability and condition of properties.
- Advising buyers on the benefits, value, and features of residential properties, helping them make informed decisions.
- Explaining the terms and conditions of sale or lease agreements to buyers and tenants, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Advising property owners on effective marketing strategies, including options like sale by auction and open house inspections.
- Cataloging and detailing listings for residential properties, ensuring accurate descriptions and appealing visuals to attract buyers or tenants.
- Assessing the needs and preferences of potential buyers and tenants to identify properties that align with their requirements.
- Providing property valuations and expert advice to clients, ensuring they receive the best terms when buying or selling residential properties.
- Managing the collection of rent from tenants, ensuring timely payments are forwarded to property owners, and addressing any issues regarding rental arrears.
- Addressing issues related to rental arrears or non-compliance, and following up to ensure that tenants meet the terms of their lease agreements.

**Requirements**:

- AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV.
- At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.

Annual salary: $73,150 + superannuation

- 8 hour shift
