TEAM Estate Agents (national award-winning agency) is looking for our next million-dollar agent

An opportunity is available for the next cadet to join the TEAM & be mentored by some of Australia’s best agents and coach’s.

This is a **no experience **required position & will be a fast-tracked process to become a fully competent agent in 3 months. You will be exposed to a tailored development program to grow you into a successful agent that will dominant the Brisbane area. Note that we also have positions available for experienced/established agents with very generous structure/splits available - please reach out if this applies to you.

**Every-single** agent that has completed our cadetship has been nominated for the “REB young gun” of the year award - Australia’s most prestigious award for new agents to the industry. When we commit to training someone to succeed, we make them succeed.

What this role will include:

- Negotiating transactions of property on behalf or buyers and sellers
- Generating business/sales by cold-calling, door knocking, letter dropping, and numerous other techniques used to generate clients
- Liaising with conveyancers and solicitors
- Liaising with mortgage brokers
- Touring luxury Gold Coast properties

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
